✅ Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Haus of Performing Arts, all payments are made in advance of services.

  • Weekly Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed during the week of services. Full payment is required prior to participation.

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service (such as a class, workshop, or program) has been completed, it is non-refundable.

  • Missed Classes: Missed sessions are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, though we may offer makeup options at our discretion.

  • Merchandise Returns: If you receive a physical item (e.g. gear or uniforms), it may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original condition. Email us at info@thehaus.nyc to initiate a return.

We encourage families to reach out to us directly if there’s ever a concern—we’re here to support you and your child.

 

📦 Fulfillment / Shipping Policy

Most of our services are in-person and fulfilled during scheduled class times.

  • Upon registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with program details, including dates, times, and location.

  • Physical merchandise (if applicable) is distributed on-site or shipped via USPS within 7–10 business days.

  • For any program-wide events or changes, we will notify you via email.
